Membership Agreement

Parties

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Mare & Sole (“WEBSITE” or “Company”) and the internet user (“MEMBER”) who registers at www.maresole.com.tr, subject to the following terms and conditions.

Subject and Scope

The purpose of this Agreement is to establish the terms and conditions for using the services provided by the WEBSITE, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties.

Membership Conditions

Members must be 18 years of age or older.
Membership is completed by fully filling out the registration form available on the WEBSITE and electronically accepting this Agreement.
The WEBSITE reserves the right to reject membership applications at its discretion.

Rights and Obligations of the Parties

MEMBER

The MEMBER is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
The MEMBER is solely responsible for the security of their username and password.
The MEMBER may not use the WEBSITE in violation of applicable laws, public morality, or the intended purpose of the WEBSITE.

WEBSITE

The WEBSITE reserves the right to modify the services, content, and pricing offered to members without prior notice.
The WEBSITE shall not be held responsible for interruptions to services caused by technical failures or other issues within the system.

Privacy and Personal Data

Personal data provided by the MEMBER during the membership process is processed in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

The policies regarding the use, storage, and destruction of personal data are set out in the WEBSITE’s Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property Rights

All text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other content available on the WEBSITE are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

The MEMBER may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or use such content for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.

Termination of Membership

The MEMBER may cancel their membership at any time.
If the MEMBER violates this Agreement or applicable legislation, the WEBSITE reserves the right to terminate the membership unilaterally.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices located at the place of residence of the parties, subject to applicable mandatory legal provisions.

Effective Date

By checking the box stating “I have read and accept the Membership Agreement” during registration on the WEBSITE, the MEMBER is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
